Accepted Returns

I accept returns only if:

• Your item arrives damaged
• You receive the wrong item

If there’s an issue, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so I can help resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

I do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect vial or cartridge size selected at checkout
• Fit issues due to ordering the wrong size

• Change of mind or preference
