Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color choice, or change of mind.
That said, we stand behind our work.
If your order arrives damaged or if we made a mistake with your item, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
What qualifies for a replacement
We are happy to replace your item if:

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Each item is made with care, and our goal is for you to receive exactly what you expected. If something isn’t right, we want to know.
